FOR NATURE, FOR EVERYONE

Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust is a registered charity and works with the local community to protect and enhance the environment in Sheffield and Rotherham, working towards a better future for wildlife, people and the green spaces we all rely on.

We are supported by almost 6,000 members and over 100 volunteers and we are part of a national network of 46 Wildlife Trusts, working together to make the UK a better place for wildlife and people.

The Trust manages 15 nature reserves including Greno Woods, Wyming Brook, Blacka Moor, Centenary Riverside and Kilnhurst Ings. Recent projects include the delivery of natural flood risk management schemes on the Rother and recording the return of the otter along the River Don.

The Trust delivers a programme of activities throughout the year to inspire people of all ages to learn about nature and enjoy being outdoors. We also take action for wildlife and green spaces, including standing up for spaces under threat and helping others to take action for nature.

Individual product pages will specify an expected timeframe in the product description. If any delays occure with production or dispatch we will aim to notify you in advance. RETURNS

Please do let us know of any issues with your order at the earliest opportunity.

If your goods develop a fault within 14 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault), the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement.

In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. Once a photo has been received we will investigate and decide whether to accept or reject your claim of a fault. Please note that we judge faults based on a tolerance of up to 2cm for print positioning and garment manufacture. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Some products are made to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we will not accept returns on those items.

If a parcel is returned due to delivery failure we will attempt to get in touch using the details you provided during checkout to let you know. If we don’t receive instruction on what to do with the parcel after 28 days we’ll assume it’s no longer required and the products will be donated to charity.

We do not offer free returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
